    Walmart has brought more harm to my community than any other store, organization, political movement, or corporation.  It is past time that Walmart should actually DO the things it says it does.  Stop hurting us, and start helping us

    I got fired from Wal~Mart for “shopping on the job” even though they couldn’t prove it.  I was able to collect unemployment but not able to find a good job since then and that was in March 2009.  Since then my bills have gotten behind and I almost lost my house.  The management in the store didn’t like me because I would always voice my opinion when I didn’t like the way I was being treated.  Everytime I would do this, I got a coaching.  I think they had me in the office every other week.   They have the corner on employment in my area also. There are three stores within a 15 mile stretch of main highway in my area along with a Sams Club.  They have basically ruined business in the area for all the other retail stores in the area which affects the abillity for them to hire new employees.  Wal~Mart won’t hire me back because I violated one of their rediculous policies.   I have reapplied there a number of times.  They told me when they fired me that I could try to get hired back in 6 months.  I can’t seem to pass the “test” that you have to take on the application.
    They knew what they were doing when they fired me.  I guess they wanted to “teach me a lesson…Don’t screw with the almighty Wal~Mart because we will screw you back two fold!”

      I am with you 100% Joannne,  Walmart gets away with everything they do and it is not right of what they done. They could afford to pay their employee and they promote associate in the jobs as management they do not qualify for and some of them do not know about everything is and how they function and they are not experience. Their job is to mistreat their employees and get a ” big head”. When I do something wrong, they wrote me up for nothing. They do this one more time on me about writing me up or coaching me. I am going to do something about it and speak against them, It is not a threat, it is a promise. The store is already in ruins and they do not have no concerns and they do not want to “Be right” and when given them (managers and assistant manager) my opinions, they do not want to listen to me. They even denied my promotions twice, and they do not want “an experienien person” to know more than they do and given to the ones who do not have experience to quailfy in working in the store, just being having swell head. I like your comments and  I too will tell Walmart to Screw themselves, period. The customers are terrible and let them talk to associates the way they want them too and managers believed them over their assoicates. I like your comments and I am not afraid to speak against Walmart.

      I sorry about Wrongful Termination from Walmart for not let You Reapply at Walmart because Walmart Supercenter is Rolling back Merchandise Grocery Price because Walmart Supercenter got Low Price then Vallarta Supermarkets. and I use to Work over at San Fernando Sam’s Club 6625 from 08/20/1991 to 08/28/2002 as a Cart Attendant like I did Cart and made number of roll and help the Member out load Merchandise and Grocery into their Vehicle. and Sam Fernando Sam’s Club 6625 Wrongful Termination their Employee own by Walmart.

    I am a Asst.Mgr and this schedule that mags have now is in many ways is hurting us with not enough managers on the floor to help customers and get the store zoned good and help associates feel better with their work. This schedule is just way to many hours on one person to work daily and make good dicisions. The schedule needs to go back where there are more managers on duty. Work three days 7am to 5pm and two days 12pm to 10pm. This would be more family time and more work time..good for the company, managers and associates.

      I do work over at Vallarta Supermarkets in Palmdale Ca as a Courtesy Clerk like I Bagging Grocery and Greek the Customer. I use to work over at San Fernando Ca Sam’s Club 6625 from 08/20/1991 to 08/28/2002 as a Cart Attendant like I did Cart and made number of Roll and help the Member load Merchandise into their Vehicle.”business move very slow at Vallarta Supermarkets because the Customer is Shopping at Walmart Supercenter in Palmdale Ca for Low Price” Walmart rolling Back Grocery and Merchandise Price because Walmart Supercenter got Grocery Low Price then Vallarta Supermarkets in Palmdale Ca.

      I do make $8.25 an Hour and I do work 30.5 an Hour every 5 Day a Week Part Time over at Vallarta Supermarkets and I do get Social Security Check every Month. they got Vallarta Supermarkets in the San Fernando Valley Ca. “they get Full Time Job at Vallarta Supermarkets make good Paying Job with Affordable Health Insurance”

    If the United Stated citizens stand together as a whole, we can make Wal-Mart either completely change and treat the employees as well as the consumers in a fare matter or we can force their operations out of this Country! I am not sure who they think they are but we as a great nation did not put up with happened on Sept. 11th. and we will not put up with this poor excuse of a corporation. I am completely embarised to have this chain be apart of the american way!!!!!
